What is the best type of shower screen for me?
Depending on your budget and requirements. Fully framed - is the cheapest and most watertight, it has aluminium frame all around it and we use laminated glass. Semi-Framed - is the mid-range option. It has aluminium frame around the permitter (walls, floor and top) but the door is frameless and we use 6mm toughened glass with polished edges. Frameless - is the top of the range, no frame at all but we use 10mm toughened glass with polished edges and good quality hardware.
How do I keep my shower screen clean?
We recommend treating your new shower screen with an Enduro Shield application, prior to using the shower screen, which we can professionally apply for you. For Aftercare, we recommend using a 50/50 white vinegar and water mix in a spray bottle (let it sit for 20 minutes and longer for stubborn spots - be sure to make sure to wash any excess spray from the aluminium frame to avoid corrosion) and use a microfibre cloth wipe down. We also suggest you squeegee often to keep your shower screen looking nicer for longer.
What is our process for a shower screen installation?
Once your tiles are completed, we can come and measure your new shower screen using a tape measure and spirit level. We then fabricate your order (lead time can vary 1-3 weeks) and book you in for an installation date with our tradesman.
